The British Educational Research Association (BERA) is pleased to announce a one-day conference for Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) early career researchers in education. The conference will create a space for the voice of BME researchers to be heard in higher education and promote career development and networking amongst BME researchers. It will consider the issues that affect early career BME researchers, explore experiences and develop ways of helping participants effect individual and collective change, as well as inform BERA about what it might do to support BME researchers further.
