International engagement
The IOE's international reach extends to some 100 countries. Our research, consultancy and collaborative partnerships bring us into contact with governments, international and national agencies, institutions and organisations in every continent. Our international strategy commits us to research and scholarship that has a global perspective; international partnerships that bring mutual benefit; with partners in developing countries to find ways, through education, to achieve the Millennium Development Goals; encouraging an international orientation in all our staff; responsible and sustainable international student recruitment; an internationalised curriculum; and a strong international network of alumni.
