Committee structure
The Institute has 3 statutory committees. These are Council, Senate and Academic Board. Council is responsible for the overall governance of the Institute and Senate is responsible for its academic governance. Each is supported by a range of sub-committes. Academic Board advises both.
The Institute's Director is its chief Academic and Administrative officer. He is supported in these responsibilities by the Institute's Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
