• Summary:
  • I am currently working with PD leaders across London and nationally and have been involved as a consultant on the national TDA project looking at effective professional development practices. My background is school senior leadership teams and a particular focus of my current work is developing an innovative and inclusive approach to performance management and impact evaluation.
• Teaching:
  • Module leader of the 'Innovative Leadership of CPD' and the 'Aspiring to Leadership' programmes on the IOE MA Leadership.
    Written and leads on the professional learning programme of the graduate training programme at Hertfordshire University.

  • Working in partnership with LA and school colleagues to design, lead and facilitate tailored leadership and professional development programmes.
