- Lisa has worked at CLS since 2003 and is responsible for survey management and cohort maintenance. She is interested in many aspects of longitudinal survey methodology and her substantive research interests relate to family demographics.
Prior to joining CLS Lisa worked at the National Centre for Social Research (NatCen) where she was involved in a number of projects, including the fieldwork contracts for sweep 1 of MCS and the English Longitudinal Study of Aging (ELSA). She is currently undertaking a PhD using MCS data. This will explore how the nature and diversity of fathers' involvement in family life at the beginning of the 21st century relates to early developmental outcomes for children and parents' well-being.
- Research Projects:
- Lisa is co-investigator on a methodological research project entitled 'Predicting and Preventing Non-Response in Cohort Studies'. This is funded by the Economic and Social Research Council as part of their Survey Design and Measurement Initiative.
