    • Previous experience includes class teaching in primary schools, SENCO, literacy coordinator, learning support in secondary schools, advisory teacher role in SEN and Reading Recovery teacher leader.

      Interests include professional learning, particularly how formative assessment supports professional learning, early literacy acquisition and literacy interventions.
