  • Qualifications and position:
    • BSc, PhD
    • Research Associate
  • Faculty:
  • Department:
  • Centre:
  • Summary:
    • My background is in cognitive neuroscience and my primary interests encompass low-level perceptual processing mechanisms, including:
      (1) the cognitive and behavioural phenotype in autism spectrum disorders, particularly how basic processing mechanisms impact on higher-order cognition and behaviour.
      (2) temporal processing, particularly relating to the role of the basal ganglia.
  • Research Projects:
  • Conferences/presentations:
    • 'Everyday memory' impairments in Autism Spectrum Disorders. Talk given at the Experimental Psychology Society Meeting, University College London. 6th January 2010

A multimodal approach to emotion recognition ability in Autism Spectrum Disorders. Invited talk given at the University of East London. 12th November 2009

The basal ganglia and temporal processing. Invited talk given at, 'Parkinson's disease: Advances in magnetic and sensory stimulation', a meeting at the University of A Coruña, Spain, 22nd May 2009
