    • I worked as a teaching assistant in mainstream and special schools before researching education policy at postgraduate level. My interests are school workforce reform, the role of teaching assistants and inclusion for SEN. I also research practical learning and vocational education at the Centre for Real-World Learning, University of Winchester.
