    • Background: Originally a teacher of children with specific learning difficulties. Ran a special unit for chilren with severe learning difficulties. Interests in literacy development and difficulties. Impact of training on teacher's and teaching assistants in their work place

    • Module leader and teaching on Promoting the education and well-being of children and families with additional needs core module part of the Foundation Degree.
      Module leader and teaching on Concepts and Contexts of Special Education core module part of the Graduate Diploma in Special and Inclusive Education.
      Course leader and teaching on the Post-graduate Diploma in Special and Inclusive Education (specialising in SpLD dyslexia) with recognition from the British Dyslexic Association (AMBDA. Consisting of: Understanding Specific learning difficulties (dyslexia), Assessment of Specific learning difficulties (dyslexia) and Evidence based practice: Specific learning difficulties (dyslexia), all three optional modules are also part of the Masters in Special and Inclusive Education.
