Undergraduate Accommodation 2015-16
Applications for UCL undergraduate halls for 2015/16 academic year are now open. To apply online please go to the website www.ucl.ac.uk/apply-for-accommmodation
UCL HALLS OF RESIDENCE
ACCOMMODATION FOR 2015-16
All accommodation is now managed by UCL Student Residences. Information on when and how to apply for Postgraduate accommodation will be posted on the site in mid-April 2015. If you are an undergraduate applying for accommodation this September please see the information under Undergraduate Students 2015-16 below.
The former IOE main hall of residence is John Adams Hall (which comprises Endsleigh Street, Endsleigh Gardens, Woburn Square and Gordon Square buildings). Postgraduates and PGCE students may apply for these halls. To check the rates (pdf) and apply for a room complete the Application form (pdf) and return it to John Adams Hall. Undergraduate Students (2015-2016)
Following the merger with UCL, transitional arrangements will be in place for UCL IOE students applying for accommodation for the 2015/16 session. Prospective undergraduate applicants should go to UCL accommodation website and apply online.
Applying through the waiting list
Full time postgraduate, PGCE and undergraduate students who are not allocated places in IOE Halls or the Intercollegiate Halls, or who apply late, can also apply directly to University of London Intercollegiate Halls on 3rd September 2014.
Private rented accommodation
This includes landlords, letting agents and providers of student housing such as Unite. The IOE strongly recommends students use the University of London Housing Services (ULHS) to find accommodation in this sector. ULHS also provides housing advice, tenancy contract checking service and hold flat sharing events for those looking to rent accommodation with a group.
Accommodation for couples and families
John Adams Hall and Intercollegiate Halls are able to provide accommodation for couples and families. Students with families, especially from overseas, are advised to come alone in the first instance and to send for their families only when they have found permanent and suitable accommodation.
Currently Short stay accommodation at John Adams Hall Accommodation is limited and we cannot guarantee availability you can call the us to check on the possibility of vacancies over the summer.
