Course Related Grant for under-represented groups
There is a fund of £15,000 in total for course-related grants which is divided equally between the number of eligible applicants. The amount you receive will depend on the number of eligible applicants. The award aim to support widening participation among students from groups which are under-represented at the IOE. Grants are payable during March and may be used to contribute towards course related costs.
Who can apply?

- Home (UK) or EU Students
- Enrolled on a full-time or part-time PGCE (teacher training), Bachelor of Education, BA or Foundation Degree programme
- A member of the under-represented group at the IOE. Catergories of the under-represented groups is found on the Guidance notes
