Courses of 6 months or less

If you are studying at the IOE on a course that is 6 months or less in duration, or you only need to enter the UK for short periods at a time you are likely to have to get a "student visitor visa".  There are a number of restrictions with this visa, as it is essentially the same as a tourist visa.  Please go to the UKVISAS website for more information "student visitor visa".
