If you would like the help with making a visa application then you can use the visa processing service that the IOE offers called the 'Batch Scheme'.

Batch scheme

The IOE takes part in a visa processing service called, the 'Batch Scheme'.  The Batch Scheme is a visa processing department in the Home Office that only deals with student visa applications sent to them directly from a university.

There are several benefits from using the student batch scheme:

  • Your application is prepared checked and sent by the International Student Coordinator
  • It goes to a specialist team in the Home Office
  • The International Coordinator is able to check on the progress of the application at anytime and make request if necessary with regards to the application
  • It comes directly from a university so is considered more secure than if you send it yourself

If you would like to use the 'Batch Scheme', please contact the International Student Coordinator and he will be happy to assist you.

Please note that if you choose to use the batch scheme, you do so at your own risk and the IOE accepts no responsibility if your application is rejected or if documentatin is lost.  You should always make sure that you read the lastest up to date guidance from UKBA and carefuly check through your application yourself.
