Researching Inclusion

Course Code:MMAINC_04

This module will provide the opportunity to explore critically the way in which researching inclusion can make constructive applications to practice. It will examine such key issues as critical self-awareness on the part of the researcher, research ethics and responsibilities, emancipatory research and the centrality of the voices of those involved in research. Participants will be encouraged to reflect critically on research accounts in the literature and to be able to transfer this critical stance in terms of the design and carrying out of their own projects, the analysis of outcomes and the generation of theory.
