Doctoral School
The Doctoral School brings together all research students at the Institute with the aim of providing a vibrant and productive research environment designed to help our students undertake high quality and successful research leading to an MPhil or PhD, EdD, DEdPsy, MRes or research focused MSc degree.
We have a comprehensive programme of research training and skills development which is recognised by the Economic and Social Research Council ( ESRC). We run two student conferences a year, provide opportunties to publish in our peer-reviewed journal Educate~ as well as seminars and other events designed to enhance the research experience and professional development of our students.
