Who is this for?

Anyone who has been leading a team for a minimum of 2 years eg.heads of subject, year,faculty,house & cross-curricular teams in all phases or those leading a team of administrators or TA's.

Cost

£520 at the IOE. For on-site programmes contact the Administrator.

Duration

Three face to face leadership days and one twilight session over two terms. Start dates in September January or April each year. Inter-sessional tasks between leadership days.

Developing Leaders


Developing Leaders is one of a suite of three leadership programmes, including Early Leadership and Widening Leadership, designed by the London Centre for Leadership in Learning (LCLL).  Aimed at middle leaders, this accredited programme is designed to meet the growing demand and need for quality leadership development in our schools today.


As a middle leader this unique programme will develop your confidence and enable you to improve your ability to lead and manage change.

Accredited Programme
Developing Leaders is accredited with the IOE and can be used to gain 30 CATS points towards an MA.
