Who is this for?
Experienced black and minority ethnic (BME) middle or senior managers with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) who are actively seeking promotion and wish to enhance their leadership credentials.
Cost
London Challenge funds the course so there is no cost to participants provided that the applicant's school is in a London borough.
Duration
One year part-time comprising ten twilight sessions, a residential weekend and a one day seminar.

Investing in Diversity
Investing in Diversity is an accredited leadership programme for experienced black and minority ethnic teachers from London schools.
The programme aims to:
- Identify potential black minority ethnic senior leaders - teachers who are moving on to deputy headship or headship
- Provide culturally sensitive leadership coaching of the highest calibre drawing on best practice inside and outside of education
- Develop culturally literate leadership that addresses the key skills needed for current and future urban school leaders
- Develop the capacity of school leaders to lead learning differently
- Increase the number of thriving high calibre black and minority ethnic leaders in the Capital's schools
