Leadership Foundation Programme
BME Leadership Foundation Programme
This programme supports black and minority ethnic teachers in preparing to apply for middle leadership roles. Once participants have gained experience, they are then better placed to benefit from programmes such as Investing in Diversity, a development programme that prepares aspiring BME teachers for leadership.
The Leadership Foundation programme is specifically designed for participants who are either new to, or applying for, their first middle leadership position.
'This programme built my confidence and taught me that I have the skills to become a good leader' - former programme participant.
